These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, https://BitSeedSafe.eu (the "Site"), and our related products and services (the "Services").     1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

     

     2. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    3. Use of Services

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

     

     4. Intellectual Property

    • Our Content: All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content only for your personal, non-commercial use as permitted by these Terms.
       
    • Your Submissions: If you submit any content to us (e.g., feedback, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that content for any purpose. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

    5. Products and Orders

    • Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our products on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other details are perfectly accurate.
    • Pricing and Availability: Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
    • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
    • Payment: You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all orders you place.

    6. Delivery Terms

    We ship goods within 3 business days of receiving the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we ship the goods after the amount has been credited to our account. We will inform you about the shipment by email.

    We use mainly registered mail with GLS and Czech Post for delivery.

    7. Payment Methods

    We offer the following payment methods:

    • Bank Transfer: After submitting the order, we will send you payment instructions by email.
    • Online Card Payment: Payment is made through a secure payment gateway Shop Pay.

    8. Warranty and Returns

    All products sold by BitSeedSafe.eu are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of delivery.

    You have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. You must then return the items to our address within 14 days of notifying us of your return. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

    9. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Violate any intellectual property rights.
    • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.
    • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.
    • Use any automated means to access or collect data from the Services.
    • Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services or other users.

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

     

     12. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.

     

     13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

     

     14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Czechia. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also have the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

    15. Dispute Resolution
